EXTENSION BUILD

This slideshow shows the complete sequence of one of our builds, from drawing up plans to completion. This contract proved the benefits of using a firm which can project manage the entire process. We drew up plans under close consultation with the customer, liaised with building standards and the planning authority, supplied all required materials and machinery and ensured the correct steady supply of tradesmen and labourers to ensure a good work flow. We handled the disposal of the soil removed and all building wastes. All the customer had to do was watch his house slowly increase in size.
As you can see from the pictures, we run a very tidy site. This is in the interests of everybody's safety, but also in the belief that we should not inconvenience customers any more than we need to, which means no mountains of mess. Where appropriate we can even arrange for a cleaner to come to your property regularly until work is finished, which can make all the difference during one of those inherently messy jobs.
Projects of this size are usually costed incrementally. This particular example was broken down into ground works and foundations, walls and roof, and windows doors and final fix. This can help to make the cost of your improvements much more digestible, rather than facing a large single bill on completion. It also allows the customer to see any extra costs as they accumulate, rather than losing track of a growing project.
