* Bamboo laminate flooring, a tough and cheap alternative to solid hardwood floors,

* A set of Pine and Plywood cupboard units and Pine Tongue and Groove ceiling, all finished in high gloss fire retardant varnish,

* A pine loft hatch finished in satin varnish with stainless steel handles,

* A fireplace handmade from driftwood finished in high gloss varnish, with tiled surround and Delabole slate hearth, set on oak effect laminate flooring with fresh Pine skirting boards,

* And finally, a ‘ledge and brace' style gate crafted from Dutch Oak, with stainless steel hinges and solid brass door furniture, set in a capped frame of Dutch Oak. Finished in silicone waterproofing.
