This is a range of our outdoor work with a selection of landscaping, fencing, decking, and features. All constructions are of tanalized timber, which resists the Cornish climate for many years with little attention, and stainless steel screws and studding.

We can usually erect a fence in under a week, whether it is a dummy fence fixed to a wall or a free standing fully anchored construction. This includes clearing any obstructive vegetation, which means you can make a lasting impact in your garden with little upheaval and at surprisingly low cost.

The raised decking platform featured shows the versatility of some of our work. This was an unusual project, and has created a large decked space which laps up views of the Cornish coast which were previously hidden from all but the roof of the property. The space underneath the deck serves as a generously sized woodshed, so no space is wasted.

Also featured are the rose arch and summer house repairs from the Jacobean Cottage slideshow. Handmade arches like this are far superior to any of the examples you will find in garden centres. They contain around three times as much timber and will last for decades with no attention whereas inferior ready assembled equivalents will succumb to wind and weather within a few years. Repairs such as those to the summer house are ultimately inevitable, but a replacement is not always needed. We can often find a cost effective way of repairing your garden features.

Wherever possible we source our timber locally and from sawmills using renewable plantations. Even our decking supplier grows all their timber across the valley from their sawmill, on the edge of Dartmoor .
